The pool was down for maintenance the whole time we were there and it was not noted on their website. It was the main reason I booked this place due to them taking up there outdoor pool

The airport shuttle service only serves Terminal C. So, we had to take an Uber to the hotel rather than drag our luggage from Terminal B. Upon departure, the shuttle would not drop us at the car rental center, while other hotel shuttles were there.

The room's A/C system seemed broken. The fan worked but it didn't blow cold air which meant that the room stayed much warmer than the preferred temperature throughout the night. Also - airport shuttle didn't run on-demand; I had to wait over 20 mins.

Each staff member we encountered (except the security guard and house keeping who were friendly) was unfriendly and curt. They spoke to visitors as though we were all an inconvenience and nuisance.

The people who work here are fantastic! I will be back if Im in the Houston area again. Kumar was terrific and I especially appreciate him and his team. I have some physical issues getting around and they really helped me out. Thank you!!

Ugly facade, ugly entry, non-existent front desk, ugly decor. It was a hotel, nothing more. It served its purpose but definitely not a 4-star experience.

My room hand a window that looked out to the conference floor and bar. It was very noisy and did not feel private at all. Breakfast buffet was $21.00, it did not consist of anything more than an average free continental breakfast.

shuttle to airport in the morning was very convenient and driver was great!

Waited for shuttle at airport but it never showed. Hotel not up to the Hyatt standard we have experienced elsewhere. Room was a bit shabby and in need of a refresh. Lobby was basic. Sam's Restaurant was not great food. Very salty and pasta was over cooked

Clean, feels new, staff is helpful, both at restaurant and hotel.

Walking around the front door to get to the hot tub + no access to bathroom or changeroom from there.

The hotel staff were amazing. The paid breakfast buffets was convenient.
