Positives: The location.
Negatives: The floors were dirty in room and in hallways. The spa didn't work and there were dead bugs floating in it. Breakfast? Toast, bagels, cereal, juice and package of oatmeal. Nothing hot to eat. Coffee was empty most of the time. I paid for upgrade on room....rip off don't do it! The phone didn't even work!

Positives: Comfortable bed, room was clean, rate was good. Staff when we signed in was friendly and very welcoming.
Negatives: Room was advertised as breakfast included. Pictures of hotel showed waffle machines and good breakfast variety. We assumed that this implied that full hot breakfast would be available as in in other La Quintas we have stayed at. When we went down to breakfast, we noticed bugs crawling on the floor by the front desk. No hot water or hot coffee in the urns, noticed a sign on the front desk stating that staff at desk was also working the breakfast area so we asked about hot water. Staff apologized and went to get us some. We went over to the breakfast area and all they had was fresh fruit, cereal, wheat and white bread and some bagels. There was no milk so we had to ask for it. No waffle machine, no eggs, no muffins, no danish, no breakfast meats or potatoes. When we asked why, staff explained that they stopped because of Covid 4 years ago and never went back. We asked about the waffle machines and was advised it was broken and a new one was on order. Owers really need to invest some money into their property.

Negatives: The hotel was disgustingly dirty, from the bathrooms to the beds, sheets, floors, and even the walls. There were no hairdryer or soap in the rooms, no phones either. Despite claiming breakfast was included, all we found was an old broken waffle machine. Throughout the night, a couple screamed and fought, disturbing our sleep, and despite my call to the front desk threatening to call the police, management did nothing. Despite being labeled a smoke-free hotel, smoke filled the hallways and fire stairs, infiltrating our rooms. It was a complete waste of money and a nightmare experience. I couldn't sleep a minute, feeling insecure and utterly disappointed
