Food and drinks at restaurant were good.

There was no hot water to shower, and then the water was literally shut off in the hotel the first night - INCREDIBLE! The blower for the air conditioning was extremely aggressive, so the room was very uncomfortable. The ventilation was awful inside the room. We needed to go into the hall to breathe.

The inside is cool with the koi pond and seeing rooms from lobby
Negatives:
No one answered the phone for in service or the main restaurant dining-ever (even though its an option on the room phone). The facility was FREEZING. The room seemed very old with few updates. Not enough shampoo and soap.

Ok, but needs attention
Positives:
The lobby looks great and staff are welcoming. I had my online order delivered to the hotel before i arrived and they took care of it. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The room had no central light control so you Els have to walk around the room to switch off all the lights. The shower had good pressure but temperature was hard to control.
