Superb
Positives:
The staff (except the General Manager) was amazing. They were all very helpful in helping us. I really want to focus on Oliva, Becca and Eddie becasue they were awesome in helping us get settled and trying to fix the room. The general manager is new and she is not very personable.
Negatives:
The property had trash everywhere. The room it self, while very well equipped, but was not comfortable. The couch and chair had broken springs breaking through the cushions. The dishwasher in the kitchen flooded the floor becasue it was not hooked up correctly. Finally the flooring was horrible. The carpet needed to be cleaned and the laminate floorig was all peeling up from the bathroom and kitchen.

Restroom was missing knob Non of the TV worked when brought to there attention I was told to turn the TV on it mught work, then was told they had to reset the satellite 5 hours later still no service.
