Beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows as well. The overnight staff that was there during our stay was not very friendly. Asked for more towels because there were two when there was 4 of us and the person there gave me a rude attitude that was unnecessary.

smooth elevator rides . Very pet friendly have trash bags and garbage cans for pets. Free breakfast with your stay. And many exit doors to exit from not just the front. Also next to a convenience store/ fast foood.
Negatives:
You can hear everything from other rooms in your room and outside in the hallway. Tried to check out 15 min prior to 11am and staff was no where for about 10 min was scared to get charged again cause of it. Also arrived at 3:30pm and no room was available yet.

There was no body at the front counter for 30 minutes and I had to knock on the counter 4 times before somebody came. And then he couldn't even find my reservation which I Clearly had and then on top of that. He charged me an extra $45. For whatever reason, I'm not sure. I thought it was a deposit and I didn't even get that back
