Dirty fridge with dead bugs, ROACHES IN FRIDGE AND BATHROOM, we cleaned for 30 minutes or more before settling in after a 2 1/2 hour trip. **employee has to clean rooms and work desk **I have pictures!!

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had staying in a hotel/motel. The air conditioning was not working and the television didnt work because their cable was out. There were people outside and in the lobby that were scary to say the least. Horrible.

The TV didn't work, the pool didn't have water, breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal and bread. The tray under the fridge containing pitchers of juice looked like a petri dish. Our door unlocked several times when people walked by, issues with a bed

Lights were out in lobby when I checked in. No staff at the front desk. Rang bell several times before someone appeared. Power went off at 1115pm. Did not come back on until 130am. Once again no staff around during the outage. Power went out 2x after that

Accommodating, cleanliness, pet friendly room, While the free amenities would have been nice, we were just looking for a palace with AC and power.

Sister needed instructions for using coffee pot. Road construction makes getting in and out somewhat difficult, but doable.

Room smelled like vomit. Elevator carpet was torn away from edges & stained & smelled like mildew. Pool was empty & had frogs & leaves in it. One side door to the outside was propped open with a broom handle leaving premises unsecured. Horrible!
