Location was great it was close to the airport and had free transportation as well.
Negatives:
Room had dirty linens and well as the pillow cases they had stains on them. The outside of the hotel looks like it never get clean it’s dirty and has a bad smell when you walk in to the lobby. And the bathtub look like it was never clean.

When I first made it to my room(203) there was urine on the floor and in the toilet. So I gathered all my things and went to the front desk and was issued a another room(205). I feel like I should've received an discount. The shower head needs an serious cleaning or replacing.

The washer and dryers were Miss Mark that said $3 to wash $3 to dry turned out to be $8 to wash and $6 to dry I was not happy about that and I got charged for a night after I canceled a reservation after I made the reservation for 5 minutes and then I canceled it cuz I changed my mind it's still charged me although it was only 5 minutes had lapsed before I cancel the reservation that did not make me happy either so they charged me for another night another $70 but she wasn't even my rate at the time

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, ac/heat not working properly. Small refrigerator was not working. We had to get our key rescanned every day. Asked for 2 towels and 2 extra blankets were told they were out

I sent a request via booking.com for a free airport shuttle. I received a reply saying the request had been passed onto the hotel and they would contact me with information. I received no response whatsoever from the hotel so on landing at Dallas had no idea where or how to get the taxi shuttle service. I opted for an UBER and paid $25 for what I had originally planned as a free shuttle bus. On arriving at the hotel the guy on reception was unhelpful, I told him about the shuttle bus issue and he told me that I should have called the hotel and that he wasnt aware I had requested info on the shuttle bus. He then told me that I had to pay a deposit of $25 over and above the fee quoted on Booking.com. I wasnt happy with this and said I would instead pay by cash for my whole stay. I was then told that the deposit would be $100 cash plus the fee for the room. I declined and paid all by credit card. I went to my room and was disappointed, it looked shabby, unclean in need of painting and the lock on the door was faulty. I ordered a take away pizza rather than eat in the restaularnt which only offered Indian food on the menu, nothing else. On checking out I had a much more pleasant person dealing with me. I asked about the $25 deposit and was told it had been paid back on my card but was offered no proof of receipt for that transaction. The invoice I was emailed on check-out makes no mention of the $25 deposit. In whole, the place did not feel safe, when I left my room to go to reception I took my bag with me, not daring to leave it unattended in my room. There were lots of people hanging around reception who seemed a bit down on their heels, not the people youd expect to see in the reception of a hotel
