I liked the shuttle drivers...
Positives:
The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was spacious. Breakfast was ok but not great.
Negatives:
The front desk staff is not welcoming, helpful or professional. They are rude and simply do not care about the guests. As a small business owner I was disappointed how I was treated. They were either away from the front desk or on their phone when we needed something which is not professional.

Staff did not inform us that there would be a $50 hold added to our payment after our stay then removed. Did not offer a receipt. Did not let us know breakfast times or that there was actually a restaurant available for dinner.

Looked like a bug in one of the beds. Night staff front desk person EJ was annoyed by being there.
Shuttle service should have been better coordinated. Several people at the hotel were there for the same event. But never got to meet eachother and were riding the same shuttle separately.
