Positives: The location to the airport was helpful.

Negatives: The person at the front desk of the hotel was flustered. Could not locate my reservation in Booking.com and told us we needed to make another reservation using Marriott.com. I was still charged for the room by the hotel for the Booking.com reservation. I have contacted the hotel directly to request a refund, but have not received a response yet.
