The towel bar was broken off the wall, there was no vent in the bathroom, the bathroom light turned on the light in the room so you had to use a flashlight during the night, there was no breakfast as advertised, they did have a few packaged donuts which were all past expiration, there was a broken heater in the wall in the bathroom, the hairdrier did not work, and the lady at the desk was not friendly.

By the time we got there (before 8 am) there was not much left
