I was never informed or told, and shown that any cash damaged deposits, could not be returned until checkout on 9 AM. I had to leave Sunday night instead of Monday morning for work and I was not giving back my money and I have yet to hear from the manager although I’ve called multiple times About the situation so the hotel just kept my cash deposit.

AC unit ran like a broken down diesel. Literally couldn't hear anything on the TV unless the volume was over 70 if the AC unit was running.
I told management and they said they'd see to it. Never did.

Staff was nice and it’s a roof over your head.
Negatives:
There was a STRONG mildew smell inside the room, and the room next to ours was being remodeled so there was a chemical/paint smell in the hallway. Lots of mold, in every corner of the shower. We only stayed one night and chose to just shower when we got home.
