Just fair need extended pool hours and earlier breakfast

Located close to where we spend our time at the river.
Negatives:
There were plumbing issues in several rooms, the showers were dirty, the towels were stained, the light fixtures were falling off the walls, the fridge didn't work well, wifi didn't work most of the time, there was trash and filth from previous customers in rooms, managers acted like it was no big deal or just ignored us all together, the continental breakfast consisted of packages of 2mini muffins or toast and bad coffee. The pool was filthy, or room keys keeps demagnitizing and weed have to wait at the front desk for 10+minutes for someone to come out to help. Air conditioner were dirty and did not blow the air out well.

Positives:
The Bed, it was comfortable but thats about all.
Negatives:
The room had dust and debris along the baseboards, chair whose upholstery was stained and the lining beneath the cushion in shreds. Doors were stained/dirty, the good side was the bed was comfortable but as far as overall room cleanlinessit was gross. The pool was dirty and the grass around the hotel was overgrown and it just looked bad. This used to be a super nice place to stay and now it is run down and shabby. I will not stay here again.
