This Hotel is falling apart they give me a room ,that ac was not working correctly,staff keeps saying it's fine , finally after hrs give me another room ,but the tile on bathroom was bad almost trip over w tiles lose from floor never stay on this hotel

Very friendly lady that was there behind counter when we got there. And the pool was great .

Booked kitchenette room paid extra didn't get one or wasn't given back 30 extra spent for it . And then staff came to room and gripped we heated up food we made at home just pan of taco meat n beans . We had nacho bar for kids we had numerous rooms. Said we can't cook in room but why is there microwaves then ? And room got full of ants . Best part was the pool and the sweet lady that checked us in . And other two rooms we had smelled like urine and tv wouldn't work in one of them stuck on one channel . Went to front desk numerous times no one was there for hours .
