Negatives:
Was locked in my room because the door-handle broke off. Could not reach the front desk and the hotel’s phone number which was on the sticker on the phone in the room was out of service. During an emergency this could have been a big issue.
Other than this my stay was fine.

They were rude hotel was absolutely disgusting like nobody ever cleans that hotel and the rooms were so so nasty I couldnt even sleep! The breakfast was old and gross too!! How are they even open?!?

Location was perfect and general cleanliness of the facility was great. Met some wonderful people and front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The housekeeping staff failed to clean our room, empty our trash nor bring us fresh towels. Even when asked to "just empty the trash", it fell on deaf ears. We left and came back and the trash was still over flowing in our room.

Positives:
The free breakfast was good as well as late checkout to 1 pm for free. The lobby TV is nice to watch sporting events. Service Dog friendly.
Negatives:
The room we were assigned was beginning to show some wear and tear for a 3 star hotel. Not as nice as other Residence Inns we stayed in the Austin area. I would pay no more than $--- bucks per night total. We paid a great rate of --- +tax = --- night.

I like everything about this suite because it was handicap accessible and my husband was able to shower and use toilet. The room serves was great. The female housekeeper that cleaned our room while we were there did a wonderful job and she made a little rose from the toilet paper and when I went to the bathroom after she left and seen that I couldn't do anything but smile and say a touch of class. What a sweet and caring housekeeper. All the housekeepers was friendly and kind. The restaurant cook for the week was wonderful and kind just making sure everyone had what they needed just excellent.

The laundromat only had 1 working washer which made it difficult to wash your clothes.
