Super clean and in great condition. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Quiet.
Negatives:
Almost unusable water pressure in the shower. A ton of signs posted in the breakfast room saying you can't bring breakfast items to the rooms, but only two tables to sit at. The man attending the desk when we checked out literally fussed me for not turning in my key card because (he said) they cost $1 each.

There was a family in the room above me who had a child that kept running around the room for hours. I went to the front desk for assistance the first time I think about 10:30. I was told that I could not change rooms, (even though there were plenty of empty parking spots) and that he would speak with the people in that room. It did not stop. I went back to the front desk I think around 1:00 and the employee told me that he would talk to the people again. When he spoke with them the second time they told him that the child was in bed, which wasn't true since he kept running around the room. I told the employee that I really needed sleep and did I need to sleep in my car? He told me that I could speak with the owner the next morning around 9:00 but this did not help me since I needed to leave the hotel before that time. The bottom line is that I did not sleep at all that night because of the situation and I am still very unhappy about it.

The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice. It comes with a full sized refrigerator. They offer free breakfast and the location is convenient. The front desk receptionists were very nice and quick. I would definitely book again.
Negatives:
I did not like that we weren’t allowed to eat the free breakfast in our rooms but it wasn’t a huge dealbreaker. I was able to meet new people and have good conversations in the breakfast area because of it. I also did not like that you can hear everything throughout the day even other people’s conversations. But, again that also is not a huge dealbreaker for me because I was there for fun and the price was really good.

LONG wait for low pressure hot water in shower that left me standing in slow draining water. Lamp USB plugs not charging. Room door dragging, not opening fully. Wall switch at door filthy. Instant coffee machine makes terrible coffee.
Comfortable bed and clean bedding. No street noise in room.
