Positives:
Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything seemed pretty clean.
Negatives:
The elevator did not work well - you had to push the buttons a certain way to move! The curtains in the room were torn, ripped, or missing. (Room 214) The toiletries were very cheap compared to say, Holiday Inn Express. As were the towels.

Breakfast was nice, coffee was very good. I wish a senior discount would have been offered when booking. I do not travel and didnt think to ask.

Aside from the police being called for someone running into a pillar on the property, it all was nice.

Inconsistently working key card reader. I requested it to be fixed twice and had to be let into my room by a staff member. Roaches seen couple of times in the room upon entering. Really loud mini fridge. Broken foot on microwave so it didn't sit evenly.

Loud fridge in room. Had to trip a breaker myself to get things to work. Got stuck in the elevator. Hotel poorly maintained. More of a hotel 6 than a la quinta.

Location. Candy at front desk. There are no other redeeming qualities.
Negatives:
They should not be in business. Anything that can break is broken. They do not vacuum the floors. The owner props open the side stairwell doors so that his friends can drink and sleep in the hallway. The smell of this place facilitates nightmares.

The facility is aging out, elevator requires or will soon require service Parking is fair, several larger commercial vehicles using more than one space. With all the growth around it I am sure an update or refresh to the facility is coming. Items to be addressed: Lighting in .estroom, Fire escape/stairwell locks, Elevator both buttons and ride/floor stop transitions.

The first room I was given had a door that wouldnt latch, so was basically open for anyone who wanted to push on it. Got moved to another room on the 3rd floor, but got stuck in the elevator because the floor buttons are old and dont work all the time ( which is known by the staff)

We were out of hot water 2 days so it was difficult to take showers comfortably in freezing water and the repair would not happen before we check out. The jacuzzi was listed as closed but it should be clean. It was disgusting and the railing to the pool was broken.
