Positives: It was clean and smelled fresh.pillows and bed where very comfortable.

Negatives: Booked this hotel because it had indoor pool and hottub . However it was dirty. Hair and oil floating on the water and the chlorine was unbearable. It seemed they thought just over do the chlorine and it will clean itself. I will not return to this hotel.

Negatives: My room had a bug bomb sitting in the middle of the floor that judging by the smell had just gone off not too long before I checked in and had never been aired out.

Negatives: I booked the hotel specifically for the indoor heated pool and spa. I called ahead to make sure they were working. The description says the pool is heated. The pool is not heated. Both the pool and hot tub are ice cold. Way to cold to swim in.

Negatives: I've been staying here for the last 3 weeks during the week and attending college so I don't have to drive 3 hours per day. It's the second week in a row that the guest laundry room dryer hasn't worked and I'm ok w that but now the washer is broke as well. I need to wash my uniforms for class as I'm in fire academy and hope this will be fixed soon.
