Positives:
Room was good. Plenty of space. Good view. Comfortable bed. Did have dinner at the hotel which was okay - nothing special.
Negatives:
The breakfast was very disappointing - very overpriced for a poor offering. The staff, while friendly, we spread very thin and the service was poor.
We were there at a busy time but this was to have been expected.

Location was everything! Lakeway itself is such a nice community with lots of stores/restaurants around. Waking up in the morning to the view of the lake was so relaxing. Staff was very accommodating and patient.
Negatives:
Rooms were a little underwhelming. Drinks were pricey.. and they ran out of the food we wanted at the hotel restaurant. Not anyone's fault tho!

Very dated resort. Probably was great in the 90’s.

Everything had wear and tear. Large spaces were empty.

I can upload the pictures but the property never mentioned the deck being damaged or loose. My son walked out back and fell into the hole in the deck. The deck was very old and needed lots of repair. VERY UNSAFE

Room small. Old. Cheap like $60 hotel room. And swimming pool was told be warm and then we found it cold and close early at 10pm. In general it should be a regular hotel not a RESORT!!!
