The woman Gabriella at the front desk was not professional put me in a room that I didn't book i went to the office and asked for the room with the king size bed that i booked she gave me a key that was occupied i know this cause the guy renting the room opened the door while i was trying to get inside I was super embarrassed went to the office 6 times before I just settled for a full size bed even though I booked a king size room and bed after I went to the office for the 3rd time she was acting annoyed with me for her mistakes I have been there multiple times and was very happy with the rooms and staff I will never go back due to my last experience so long story short I was not given what I payed for and spent more than a hour trying to get the room I booked and ended up over paying for my stay thank you for changing my entire opinion about the establishment and keep the nasty attitude with service towards the people who would like to have a great experience
