Location was near the funeral we were attending

1st the door to the restroom was not closing ,so we had to use a trash can to hold the door 2nd breakfast was only cereal, waffles and toast and coffee 3rd when we were gettng breakfast the check in was on the phone cussing outloud

This location had no working phones I had an emergency and could call 911 using the house phone .. I had to use my cell couldnt remember the address to the location that in itself was so wrong.. the second floor hallway reek of weed.. told the receptionist and she said they new .. I told them they need to put some kind of air purifier/ cleaner.. if theres people with respiratory issue you will have a problem.. they didnt seem to care.

Wi-Fi didnt work. Phones didnt work. Issues with the room key always getting deactivated. Always had to go to the front desk to re problem it. Breakfast was small. Seemed staff was down there also eating the food.

It was very terrible no continental breakfast no landline I got a non smoking room they refuse to change floor/room and General manager kick me out threatening to call police because I made a complaint about no available breakfast for my daughters I honestly would like my money back it's not fair what they did to us room filled with cigarette smell and lack of customer service

The receptionist was excellent. She went above and beyond to keep me happy. She genuinely cared for my situation. I tried to get her name after but I didn't see her anymore.All of the employees were helpful, and courteous. Thank you everyone at the hotel, you're all awesome!

The breakfast hours are over at 9 am.
