Positives:
Large suites, good towels and bedding, well equipped kitchenette
Negatives:
Breakfast was poor - open from 6:30-9:00, but little food left after 8 am. Had to ask for plates, forks, cups for juice and napkins nearly every day.
Overall property is getting run down -blackout shades were tattered, bureau drawer didn’t close. Nearby shopping mall is a ghost town so their business is down too I guess.

Every staff member was very accommodating with desires and requests. This was a bereavement visit and some requests were made and very quickly approved and granted. This helped a sad time a little easier to endure. Thanks so much!

Pot holes, some big, were difficult to see in the dark and could damage vehicles.
Some mornings breakfast was hard to come by, seems staff not able to keep up with demand.

Absolutely nothing. This place was disgusting and smelled of cannabis and mold. The floors were all filthy and the furniture was old and stank. The blinds were torn and taped with duct tape. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in all my years of work & travel

When we arrived the desk clerk was asleep on a self-made pad and pillows on the floor behind the front desk. The walls and floors were dirty and there were clear signs of mold in the carpet. We weren't comfortable laying on the sheets. I took photos

The pictures speaks by themselves. The room needs heavy cleaning and maintenance. We tried to change rooms but the alternative was pretty much the same. We were supposed to stay there for 7 nights. We moved out after the first night.

The pool was closed and I specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool!!!! It was a gift for my grandkids and they were SO disappointed! All they asked for was a hotel weekend with an indoor pool. The front clerk did not even tell me when we checked in and I asked the pool hours!!!
