Yes they put us in a handicap room but I slipped in the bathtub cause the mat is so old it was as slippery. The chair in the room was so dirty the room smelled like mugggy. I walked on the carpet and my feet were sticky from the carpet. The towels thin

It need to be updated. The Chair in the room,old and filthy. Who supposed to sit and relax in something like that. My sister had to go get an extra blanket to put in the chair, to but her bag on it. The tube had mold.

A cold SHOWER was not acceptable VERY UNHAPPY with this issue. The shower was knobs were broken on my room.. ( 115 )!!! With that being said it lead to a cold shower

The hotel itself was adequate.
Negatives:
When I first called about arriving early, the gentleman said he could not find our reservation. When I arrived there was a lady at the desk and found the reservation immediately. They stated a $25 early check-in fee. Employees were parked in front of the door under the awning. Our room was adequate but nothing that would have me repeat a booking. The breakfast was marginal.
