Everything we needed for an excellent sleep over. There is an exercise room with free weights, bicycle and elliptical, a clean comfortable entrance inside and out, big rooms with microwave, refrigerator, charging station for tech and hot breakfast.

The fridge wasnt working and one of the fridge things were broken and I was told I was going to get a discount and never did.

The elevator wasn’t working once it very slowly opened. We waited inside and it didn’t close the door. There was a terrible burning smell. I was told they were aware of it but no one had been called to fix it. I was told to use the stairs. I asked for a 1st floor room and there weren’t any available. I am unable to carry luggage due to neck injuries and made it clear. I called booking and they contacted the property to authorize a refund. The hotel staff was unable to do so without a manager. So late a night I was stuck without a refund and an elevator that wasn’t safe. I decided since I wouldn’t get my money back to try the elevator a couple more times. It finally worked after some time. Then we got to the room and it had a horrible smell. Called the front desk to ask for another room. Luckily my daughter was able to use the stairs to get a key. The next room didn’t smell. The room appeared to be somewhat remodeled. The bed was very high to get up on/off. The bedding had a hole and stained. The bathroom shower had mold in it. The curtains were torn. The lighting in the room made it difficult to see. You could barely see to get ready. Then around the bed area there was only a lamp.

Elevator extremely slow. Bathroom vent dust fell down. Pool was out of order (the reason we chose this place). Staff said 3 sentences while checking in. Not rude but not real friendly.
