The room was clean and well decorated. The beds and sheets were comfy. The breakfast offered lots of choices for different dietary needs. I eat gluten free and really appreciated this.
Negatives:
Please offer shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion in large bottles that can be refilled and are attached ot the wall in bathroom near sink and in shower. This will help BW be kinder to the earth.

The pool heater was down the whole weekend. Honestly it was ok but I definitely think it was overpriced for being basic. The comfort or days inn are the same. A lot cheaper too

The staff was nice and breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The pool heater was broken as has been for a long while she said. The extra sheets for the pull out sofa were still wet from cleaning. The drain was clogged. Our room was behind the sign so there was NO view.
