Positives: Never was notified they over booked. They canceled our reservation that was made2 mths before. Plus rude staff. They lied to me & to booking.com thinking neither of us would see the truth. Booking.com fixed the issue & got us a better hotel at the last minute. We will never step foot on this property. Will try the other property.

Positives: Dirty room, I believe due to being short-staffed

Negatives: Room appeared to have not been cleaned. However, General Manager was very nice and apologized... he truly seemed sincere. Staff was very nice.
