The staff, especially Hotel employee was friendly and helpful. Love the little kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. I came to this location because it was close to Texas Tech Arena for a concert and the location was great!

Restroom not working was told we were going to get assigned another room took over and hour and no room, had to be relocated to another hotel across town south to be exact. Staff members have excellent customer service over and beyond.

They hotel mishandled the room assignments gave away my room after I had already checked in and removed my bag from the room. I ended up with another room but very upset
