It appears the this facility stated a renovation several years ago and stopped. Exterior doods were covered in weathered masking tape and unpainted. Walls inside were painted by a 1st grader. Microwave did not work, tv didn't work, sheets were dirty, A/C has dirt visible a d possibly black mold. 4 sheets of toilet paper were left on the spool and the staff even folded it nicely rather than replace with a new roll. This facility would be a step up for a homeless, but not fit for families.

-Great value for money! -Awesome manager, offered us 2 rooms for a choice. A microwave didn't work at our room, he instantly changed it into a working one. Thanks a lot! -Clean room
