Location was great. Bed were comfortable. The suite kitchens had just enough items to be useable such as plates, bowls, glasses and flatware.
Negatives:
The pool was closed when the high for the days were upper 80’sF. The rooms are tiny for suites. Very cramped, smaller than the normal non-suite rooms on average.

When I checked in desk clerk was friendly but inexperienced. Took a long time finding reservation then didn’t seem to know how to process my payment. Got up to room and bed was a Queen not King as shown on booking site. Called front desk told by same person that it was a King. No offer to look or change room. There for a funeral after driving 2 hours. “Sofa” was a smallish poorly cushioned loveseat we could not both sit on. Tv and kitchenette was clean and well stocked. Wrong sized bed and non sofa made suite poor choice.

Was always ready on time. Not enough variety. Coffee was always nice.

I did not like the fact that people live in this facility. My room was next to a male that lived there and had a strange smell from his cooking. Just don't like places like that. Had I known I would not have stayed.

The hotel is right by the Mesquite Arena. The pool had a leak and wasn't available while we were there. Looks nice though. The rooms are very spacious. Wow... I loved the two burner availability in our room for food preparation. The bathroom was large with two shower heads in the shower. Need more hooks by the bathroom sink. Only place to hang make-up bag was by the shower. Commode was away from mirror in bathroom. You weren't cramped for space.

Need more hooks in the bathroom for towels, make-up bag, etc....I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know how it is. I wished the pool had been available. Not their fault.

Positives:
Hotel was overbooked so there was no room for me to stay in with our little one at 10:30 at night when we arrived. We spent the next two Hours looking for a hotel. I have called customer service twice and still no one seems to be able to get a hold of

The young Lady at the front was very knowledgeable about were things were, what the Hotel had to offer like breakfast in the morning time and place.

The Bathroom ( toilet) didnt wont to flush everytime we took the top off and flush it w/ our hands
