everyone very friendly and helpful

We arrived late and we’re trying to sleep in. The floors were very thin and the people about us started stomping around at 6 waking us.
We went to have breakfast and I make a waffle but there was no butter my granddaughter want a bagel but there was no sour cream. The staff said they were completely out and were a little rude about it.
