I was awakened by a bedbug crawling on me in room 319. I caught the bug in a water bottle and gave it to the front desk. They said they would refund me and have not. No correspondence, so I tried to call. Abruptly disconnected at all three attempts to call.

IT was good. Did biscuit, eggs and sausage first day. Then waffles second day.. Did you have juice? We didn't see the fruit til day 2. Took time to use the waffle maker. Maybe put out 2 waffle makers.

Only 1 elevator works. And it was slow.

The bathroom tile was completely broken and the tiles moved and had sharp corners. The bed frame was broken and made the bed sag in the middle. It was uncomfortable. The shower was underwhelming.

They accept dogs, bed very comfortable, easy, friendly check-in. We had a great room with a sitting area in it, very nice to watch the NCAA playoffs.
