The breakfast was the best thing about the stay.
Negatives:
The hotel was being renovated. It was a mess. It took 15 minutes for someone to appear at the registration desk. Rudely, she said she was "doing something in the back." Workers were drilling and hammering until 11 pm. There were warning signs posted.

The entrance from the expressway. There is only one and it's hard to get in and out.

The room was clean and well furnished with lots of space. Breakfast was good and tables maintained.
The bathroom was well lit, and the hallways were clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Negatives:
The elevator made screeching noises and didn't feel safe. There was construction going on, which we didn't know about until we arrived, and we couldn't cancel at that point. The front desk never answered the phone when we called from our room many times.
We bought ice cream from the convenience store and found it was melted. We informed the front desk that their freezer was not working, and they unloaded it and were getting it repaired. We told them about the melted ice cream, and we're not offered a refund or thanks for informing them about the freezer. The posted signs said there would be no construction noise on Saturday or Sunday, but there was still work going on those days.

The rooms were clean, but the hall and entry areas were bare dusty concrete, so it seemed dusty.

Driving up to remodeling crew, heavy equipmt, bare concrete floors in entry and halls. Pool wasnt usable or open during our stay, so grandkids were disappointed. We didnt feel very secure on first floor around corner from entry - no one clearly visible for security in the reception area. Too many dogs around - loud barking in the room across the hall from our rooms for 1/2 the night.

I did not like anything about it. It was in renovation construction going on. It smelled awful as you walked in everything inside. Looked dusty. There was no breakfast. I think I should get a discount for this room since I was not notified when booking this hotel was in construction renovation.
