Positives: The property is directly behind where my mother lives. So it's very convenient.

Negatives: The night attendant wasn't very friendly at all! When asking questions she gave a rude response without any knowledge of anything! The rooms weren't checked by any staff before we arrived! Room 434 had no A/C! The next room 425 had a filthy toilet with remnants of feces under the rim of the toilet! The microwave did not work! I was very disappointed and I was there for my brother's funeral! I spent a total of over 500 within the times I've stayed there!

Negatives: The WORST place I have stayed at, will NEVER return. from the room you can hear the people upstairs, the people next door and every car/truck in the parking lot. WIFI and TV wasn't working for over 24 hrs after I made the front desk aware. They were waiting on a call back form the vendor, yeah right. No one seemed too concerned. There is a lot more that is wrong with this place, but I am busy. I am telling everyone at work and at any other conversations to Warn people of Towneplace and Marriott
