Negatives: Very small room with barely any room to walk around. Only three tiny lumpy pillows. Ice machine did not work. Advertised afternoon snacks from 4-6 with beverages. The only thing they had was an empty soup pot. Would not recommend .

Negatives: 1. The fire alarm went off four times in the middle of the night causing us to evacuate. Fire department arrived and determined it was a faulty system, there was no actual emergency. Worst night sleep ever 2. The shower in the room had a broken fixture, so water sprayed all over the floor and out on to the carpet. Dry rot on the floor board as a result, so clearly this was an old problem and not fixed. Required gymnastics to take a shower

Negatives: One can hear the highway and all the trucks throughout the night.

Negatives: Tv didn't work.. due to WiFi Called front seat and kid was on his phone hiding in the office I called front desk from the room 9 times and just rang no answer so I gave up and I just played on my phone

Negatives: Breakfast does seem to be empty or never stocked not unless you are there first thing. By 630 or 7 its gone mostly and its hard to find the person who takes care of it. I try not to complain but thats the only issue.

Negatives: Some person removed the mounting bolts from the toilet seat. Alerted the desk person in the morning. Could have had a major law suit if someone had had an accident. Cleaning staff should have alerted Maintenace, lack of either care or communication.

Negatives: Lights off, water was leaking, tv remote control was not working, internet was disconnected so often
