When we got to our room there wasn't any toilet paper and the TV didn't work. The bed cover had stains on it. I called the front desk and got another room. The TV didn't work in the new room, and the sheets didn't look like they had been changed. There were small hairs on them. The bed cover had stains also. They didn't look like set in stains. They looked like they had not been washed.

Our room had many issues. Dirty sheets upon checkin which staff fixed quickly, ac broken and very loud, tv broken with bright white lights showing through screen, vanity light flickered like strobe light, and while in shower wall.
