I did not like that the water pressure for the shower and the sink was very low and that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also I asked for them to tell housekeeping to clean my bathroom and replace the towels and amenities but this was never done.

The hotel staff was not knowledgeable about their billing practices. I was double charged for 1 night and had to go through my bank for a refund because the staff did not know how to process a refund.

The room was very spacious. The Bartender, Savanah was very entertaining and nice! The guy at the front desk was very helpful and spoke to us each time we walked past him

The bed was a bit too high and my husband had to assist me to get in bed and that's was frustrating for us. I requested a handicap room and unfortunately it was not. Even the toilet was difficult to get up from and needed assistance. The handle bar in the shower is not in a place for anyone to use. 324 was the room number.
