Positives:
The hotel was in a nice location and the room rates were reasonable by comparison to other hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that they gave complementary water.
Negatives:
The rooms were a bit dated. There’s not really a real restaurant in the hotel just a marketplace, which is different.

There were problems with the room:
The street noise was too loud and made it difficult to talk or sleep.
The floor and room actually was vibrating when some machinery started, probably the air conditioner of a room close to our, #247.
The bathroom door was filthy, needed to be mopped clean.
The outside hall, elevator entrance and inside the elevator was filthy, and was not vacuumed during the three days we were there.
We travel often, but we will not book this hotel again.

The food for the free breakfast was good. It was close to the venue we attended

(R00M 304) The price!!!! We got told our room was upgraded due to the room we reserved wasn't available. The room we got was the kind of room we reserved. (so no upgrade was given) ELevators smelled like weed and smoke. Took 25min for our shower to kinda warm, ac unit control in room was not working right. Was set at 68 with heat, in auto, room got to 72, switched it to fan still put out heat. Had no ice on our floor at the machine/machines. I notified the front desk of these issues was told( couldn't do anything about the shower except change rooms, was told they would be sending up ice to the room(never got any).
