Should have listened to the reviews about the pillows, they were very uncomfortable. Pool was not heated, just the hot tub. I even called ahead to make sure and was told the pool was heated.

Dear Hotel Managements and Mr George
My name is Haji Younus and I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel with my colleague, Mohammad Asif Makda ,We booked a total of 8 rooms under our names.
During our stay, we encountered a disheartening experience with the front desk staff. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism left us quite unsettled. In addition, there seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding a lost item. Unfortunately, my sister left her iPhone 15 charger in one of the rooms, and despite multiple requests for assistance, we haven't received the necessary support to recover the item and he not give us any paperwork.
The front desk staff the Gentleman assured us that they would initiate a claim and provide the required paperwork, but to date, we have not received any updates or follow-ups on this matter.
I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly and with the attention it deserves.

Unbelievably good location and beautiful building. Staff was the best I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional, helpful and friendly.
