My restroom had water coming back into shower when someone else is showering. The staff is excellent and I understand things like this happen. Just wished I got a little compensation because my room stinked the whole night when this happened and this happened past 10pm so I rather chose to bear it than call room service.

Nice comfortable room, quiet location, staff was friendly. Cleaning staff was exceptional. Kitchen area was nice and worked well.
Negatives:
WiFi barely worked, it was frustrating
Elevator didn’t work 1st night when we had all the luggage.
Breakfast wasn’t very good. Waffle line was super long, people were coughing on food and wiping nose with hands and grabbing food so we didn’t go back after first morning.

They canceled my reservation the day of my big event. They told me there was a leak in the 2 bed suite and they will give me a free 1 king size bed and that they will refund the full amount of the reservation. Which they never did. I call them and they denied the whole thing.
