They canceled my reservation the day of my big event. They told me there was a leak in the 2 bed suite and they will give me a free 1 king size bed and that they will refund the full amount of the reservation. Which they never did. I call them and they denied the whole thing.

The staff was very nice & made sure our accommodations were met. The breakfast was good, and the person over it made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchenette was really nice to have. Was clean and had everything you needed. I will go back.

The elevator had issues. The manager had to reset it twice but adventially got it up and running. My sofa had some rips. It needs to be remodeled, so I think the price was a little high.

I really my fault because I didnt look to see if they allowed pets. I have stayed here a couple times before and had great experiences. Now with the pets I looked at 3 rooms all In which the couches were stained and shredding. Room was very clean but those couches I found have never sat on. I will say the hotel staff took great care of me and the location is safe. Not an animal lover.
