The location was great. Friendly staff.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the website claimed there was a hot tub. Even a sign in lobby said there was spa / whirlpool. There wasn't. Also, most places I've stayed have coffee in the lobby anytime of the day. Not this place. Oh yeah, one more thing. After hauling all our luggage in to room. Turns out sofa bed was busted. Went to lobby and got another room. Aside from that, nice place.

amenities for kids, basketball court, pool, exercise room. Room was pleasant and clean. We appreciate the free breakfast in the morning. Overall a good deal. hotel employee who maintained the breakfast was particularly helpful and friendly.

I really like this kind of rooms, it's like a little apartment for you because include everything, one mini kitchen with stove, fridge, micro, dishwasher, one mini dinning area, one mini living room with sofa bed... the breakfast is very good...9/10

Inside the microwave was extremely dirty, there no clothes for the bed sofa, and that mattress was dirty, even when I booked I reported 2 little ones

The hotel was conveniently located. Having separate rooms was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly.

The room was located next to the basketball court, which was not ideal... especially when someone's kids decided to start playing at midnight. Additionally, when I tried calling the front desk from the phone in the room (to ask that someone tell the other guests that they could not be playing basketball at midnight), none of the buttons worked on the phone. We were on the second floor, and the noise from the guests in the room above us was very loud (i.e. walking, closing doors, or using the restroom). The breakfast was the same every morning, and the eggs had the texture of a sponge. A roach was on the wall one night when we entered the building.

I found the hotel location was good and easily accessible. The staff who received us was also very polite and friendly, both in the front desk as well as the one working in the breakfast serving area. By the way, the breakfast was satisfactory.

LOVED THE ROOM LAYOUT!! With 2 separate bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable & the pillow selection was divine. Having a nice large TV in each bedroom & in the living room was very nice!! Table with comfortable chairs was great as those could have been used in Living room if more than 2 people.
Negatives:
Found chips behind/underneath TV in living room & under night stand in bedroom. Could have used grab bars in shower for partially disabled son & would be a good safety addition.
Breakfast was OK except for the waffles which were great. Dehydrated eggs had no flavor, biscuits were hard & small, no juice or cut up fresh fruit, only whole apples. Enjoyed the pre-packaged Jimmy Dean English muffins, w/eggs, ham & cheese that were hot & ready to go.

Everything was perfect. Spacious clean rooms. Courteous staff ready to help and answer questions. Breakfast area clean and had a variety of breakfast items. My kids were very happy after their sleepless night at the Sonesta due to bed bugs and stench!
