The gentleman an Lady at the front desk I do not remember there names but they were very courteous.
Negatives:
The rooms were filthy. They were bugs in the bed. Nightstands have not been cleaned. There was also blood on the sheets , semen or urine stains one our the other Im not too sure which one because of course I could not test it. Also black hair on the bed sheets. I have video of the mess that was in the rooms and on the sheets.

The price. It didnt fit down there but the customer service at the check-in. Its like they were a robot. No smile no good morning good afternoon nothing. Their English was very limited, but even then nobody tried to be friendly at all.
Negatives:
The yellow pillow shams and the pillows themselves were so bad.3 small overused lumps. The breakfast was lacking any type of bread or bagels. No one was attending the breakfast area so I went to the front desk and the lady did not understand English.

Breakfast could be better only really had cereal and juice. So that was a little disappointing. Also the channel selection on the tv needs to drastically improve they only offer a hand full of channels and the ones they do offer are all the ones nobody watches or nothing really good on them
