Positives: They were able to put my children’s room across the hall from me and my boyfriends room
Negatives: There are so many things that I could say that I did not like about this hotel but let’s start off with the most simple thing which is towels if I booked two rooms in each room can hold up to four people why was there only two sets of towels in each room, and when I asked housekeepers for more towels, they had an attitude with me about it. We wanted to check out after our first night in this hotel, however, being that we had already paid for almost an entire week with them ahead of time they were stating they were going to keep half the money for the cancellation and only refund part of it and then the refund would take 5 to 7 business days etc. etc. so as you can see that’s just a bunch of additional frustrations that I didn’t have to deal with so we ended up staying the entire time in this hotel that we had already booked and paid for. Now it’s a big deal to me that when I am in a hotel then my room is cleaned every every single day so this is a question I ask prior to checking in at any hotel is how do I set up daily housekeeping because some hotels have different rules due to Becoming part of today’s reality AnyWho at the front desk I tell them this is what I am requesting they say OK that they have me marked down for this will after the first day I learned that that’s not true that this was told to me correctly, and I was told that the only way that you get housekeeping is after you stayed there a total of eight days then you will get a day of housekeeping so I then asked them well if that’s the case why aren’t they at least giving me clean towels daily she proceeds to tell me that it is my job to go and track down their housekeepers if we need towels and I stay to her why wouldn’t we need towels? Don’t you wash it with clean towels every day why would we not need clean towels every single day And she’s like well. You have to let us know when you need some.
