Fun but dirty
Positives:
Staff was great and helped expedite check in. Older motel but definitely a cut above others in the area! Location is a plus for my outdoor needs (fishing!), away from the tourist traps, and the private pier was a bonus ( black drum caught on crab leg).

Having to go home was the only bad thing.

The people were all very pleasant and friendly room was clean bed was clean and comfortable we will be back

The AC was cold was not draining properly so everything (bed snacks our drink cups clothes and towels) in the room felt wet the floor when you walked your socks would get wet when looking outside other AC were draining on concrete I know no promises on special requests but we never went fishing because my husband can't walk far because of a heart condition which I mentioned so I requested a closer room to pier and ours was over halfway across the hotel and when we left the next morning there were empty rooms closer to the pier and it was early before cleaning rooms started they might of been a different room then I signed up for but they could of said something and I could of change my choice we don't party so our main reason for the trip was to fish my husband barely made it to the office for breakfast without giving out that was the only things I didn't like

The location is definitely the selling point, wonderful location by the ocean. You can walk out and in a few steps enjoy a beautiful sunrise. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious and filling. Nice clean large rooms. Very relaxing.
Negatives:
No elevator or anyway of getting upstairs for handicap individuals.

It was very clean and I loved the view and great fishing pier!
