When a new staff person keys your room number on another guest's key card, and they open your when you are settled in for the evening, this is not acceptable nor secure! Very scary! Will not be staying there, ever again!!!

The elevation was not working we were on the 2nd floor. We had a lot of bags and a cooler as we were travelling from Canada to Texas.
The hall carpets were dirty.. there was renovation underway with all the dust and dirt.The price was good, it was representative of the condition of hotel.
