Positives: The location was great.

Negatives: The room was dirty,cheaply renovated hotel. The restroom in the lobby was also dirty and had a strong odor. Dust along the headboard as if the room hadn't been clean in a long time. One bed sat lower that the other queen bed in the room. One bed appeared to be a platform bed while the other was much higher. Breakfast consisted of muffins and juice only. No wall art on the walls. The bathroom walls around the tub was dirty.
