Positives: The room was decent but not well cleaned. The location and price were good. The layout of the room was good. The check in and check out times were really nice. It was a busy day for them due to eclipse so maybe they do better on regular days.

Negatives: The stairs by my room were broken and closed off. I had to carry my items from the other side of the building to use a different set of stairs. The ice machine and laundry facilities were broken. The breakfast was cold cereal, a few muffins or oatmeal. It was disappointing. The desk and other surfaces were all dirty. I had to clean them myself.

Positives: Breakfast was good.

Negatives: Both beds were infested with bedbugs and I was bitten every night. I don’t like to complain so I just lt go. I did tell the maid and front desk. I feel like I should get a couple of nights refund, but I’ll stay there again
