The area was bad, the lady next to me was selling drugs and people in and out. She was also smoking going into my room. Cops in and out of the location.

Gentleman that worked the swing shift desk at checkin couldn't be any ruder... Nasty attitude, couldn't act any more upset because we bothered him. His attitude alone would keep me from going back

The room had roaches, they didn’t pay me my security deposit, blankets smelled funny, had to buy my own towels because the ones they had felt rough, the floor was dirty, service at the front desk were very rude!! Never staying there again, I’ll rather sleep in a car before sleeping there

Water on floor from frozen refrigerator/freezer. Towels worn out and not fluffy and you could see thru the towel. mattress very uncomfortable and worn out. Bed sheets like sandpaper and pillows also worn out and uncomfortable. Location very noisy.

Was welcomed by office rep , very friendly.
Room was very nice, clean.
, only had one towel and no washcloths, went to office ask for more towels and washcloths, rep stated that they only have a few towels in the office due to the hotel being sold.
So she only had one towel to give me but no washcloths. Had to use hand towels to wash .
Otherwise the room was great , bed was very comfortable!!
There is a corner store, about 1 minute walk across the street. * there is a lot of homeless people standing around the store.
Ch in was 3 but we arrived at 230 and was able to check in early.
Highly recommend for the price.
