The overall cleanliness and location to Sea World.
Negatives:
No free breakfast, the pool area had rust on some areas. We booked the room with the title 2 Queen Beds and Sofa Bed, but what we got was a King room with a sofa bed. They gave us a rollaway bed, but the room was so small that we felt so cramped in there. There were no other rooms available, and they even tried to offer me an adjacent room for more money on top of what was alert paid for. The hotel has a bar/ restaurant that is WAYY over priced for its food and is not really that good to be of that price either.
