Nice hotel with modern amenities and a good breakfast. Great location within a 20 mins walk to the popular river walk. Recommend to walk through the newly developed San Pedro creek along the way to the river walk.
Negatives:
Air conditioning was a bit loud and the nice outdoor pool is located in the adjacent property.

The location was good, well within walking distance to the River Walk and Alamo. Didn't find out until the day before we left that their shuttle could take you to places. The staff was friendly. I liked the gym.
Negatives:
Well first off when I booked it said free airport shuttle but when I called the day before to let them know that our flight didn't get in until 10:00 I was informed the shuttle stops at 10:00. I had even put that in when I booked and also requested a first floor room and of course we were on the 4th floor. They said they only cleaned the rooms every other day and ours didn't get cleaned until the 3rd day. The room was nice but the shower head was crappy and a couple days we didn't have hot water.
