Positives:
Breakfast was great very healthy , and the kids loved it. I had thought I booked a room for two beds, but good thing the couch was a bed so the kids and myself slept comfortable.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the pool was filthy with oversized worms inside, and full of particles. Also, the room I booked sink was not working and couldn't cook my kids meal properly. So they moved me to the room next door, so me and my kids had to drag our belonging and groceries to the room next door. Not only I received a new room right away, but the air conditioning did not work it stayed 76 degrees inside the whole night. Didn't sleep well and had to departure early morning time. Then to wake up knowing car next to us windows were busted out and items were stolen we wont be visiting again sorry. Not safe for kids family had to go without for the event we were attending.

Everything was great! Rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was great and nice having a heated pool.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I had to keep asking for room service only too get it once in 5 days and they didn't do much at all when they did come. We had six people in a room so clean towels were a must daily. As a hotel worker myself I understand the stress that goes into cleaning rooms when it's busy but I had to ask several times to just get it once.

Breakfast had a good variety and the coffee is excellent. The room was great and the beds were comfy. However, the sheet on the very top was like a rough shower curtain. I'm glad we had our own throws because it was cold in SA that weekend.

The top sheet on the beds were rough and the eggs were over cooked sometimes. The door to our Restroom would get stuck. Also, a message on the mirror read they'd clean the room every other day and when we arrived I was told there would be no room service. the cleaning crew was nice and would exchange our towels when we'd ask.

The pool could of used a little Cleaning and the carpets I feel need to be power washed with soap they did have some type of odor to it nothing intolerable but presentation is key.
